Hi Kari,
I apologize it has taken me so long to send this email. I just wanted to say how sincerely grateful Alan and I are to you and your staff for all you did to make our wedding so special. I know, Kari, that you did A LOT personally in helping to set up and make sure everything looked great. I know I was a very complicated bride in that I had a lot of stuff that had to be put together in a short period of time before the wedding, but you made sure everything looked beautiful. Your banquet leader and staff were fantastic in seeing that everything was carried out in a timely and courteous manner, and I cannot tell you how much my family and friends have commended you and your staff for this. Everyone loved the bartender too! When speaking with my family and friends later, I found out about all the things that could have gone wrong but your staff was quick to step up and make sure we didn't have any problems. I think it is important for me to reiterate that you and your staff took care of everything even when no one was watching. We were not so lucky with some of our other vendors. Of course, I must mention how everyone also said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding!

Just a note to thank you for your hospitality and the use of Willow Ridge for our wedding. We received many compliments from family and friends on the beauty of the location, the superb upkeep of the manor, the spacious dressing rooms, your attention to every detail, and the excellent service provided.
I first became acquainted with Willow Ridge Manor when I attended a friend's wedding a few years ago. At the time, I was so impressed with the charm and service. When I began searching for a site for my own wedding, I was so pleased to discover that the standard of excellence still stands.
I appreciate your prompt return of my phone calls when I had questions, and your gracious willingness to accommodate schedules to allow our musicians for the ceremony and florist to preview the site in advance. Your assistance in coordinating the wedding rehearsal, as well as keeping us on track during the day itself were added benefits.
Our DJ, photographer, and of course, the caterer, were selected from your list of recommended vendors. Your recommendations were invaluable, saving us much time, money and worry in the planning stages of the wedding. I found them all to be of top-notch quality, responsive to our needs, and obviously, familiar with you, Willow Ridge, and each other, which created a very cooperative atmosphere on the day of the wedding so that we could enjoy our celebration while they so professionally coordinated the flow of events throughout the day.
Lastly, I would like to especially highlight Lifestyles Catering. At first, I was hesitant to select Willow Ridge because I perceived the restriction to Lifestyles as the exclusive caterer to be a limitation. However, I am now very grateful for this gem you introduced us to! Lifestyles Catering worked with us to design a menu that suited our tastes and met the constraints of our budget. While we had a few more pictures taken, they miraculously transformed the manor after the wedding ceremony for the reception luncheon and dance, and served our guests refreshments. The buffet was beautifully presented, the food exquisitely prepared, and most importantly it all tasted wonderful. The staff was very courteous, professional, and quickly responded to our guests' needs.

Thank you very much for making our wedding a delicious and delightful event. Your assistance in the planning stages left us feeling confident that we did not have to worry about the details- and we were right. Every time we called, Steve was friendly and helpful, and he always seemed to remember who I was even though he must talk to millions of people in a week.
On our wedding day you rescued our maid of honor from the uncooperative sparkling cider bottle, and helped us in many other ways that were not "your job." As a result the day was pleasant and worry free. Many of my guests commented that you were wonderful, the food was delicious, and the presentation was above and beyond the call of duties.
As for the cake, the guests commented repeatedly - it doesn't taste like wedding cake, where did you get it?" It was beautiful and delicious. We decided not to waste the top by freezing the taste out of it for a year, we will be calling you to bake us a fresh one next year. I certainly hope that small orders like that are an option.

I wanted to let you know how much we appreciated all you and your staff did for our wedding! I just couldn't have asked for anything more.
The service that Steve and staff provided was impeccable. They were very efficient. The table was set beautifully- and the Buffet! Oh my goodness, the buffet table was gorgeous. Steve encouraged the guests to go back for seconds, the serving of the Champagne went smoothly, and the cake cutting was just perfect.
Now for the food! AWESOME! Our guests are still raving about the food. "Who did the catering?" "Are their prices reasonable?" "How did you find them?" "What's the recipe for those stuffed mushrooms?" "The wedding cake tastes good!" "What a beautiful display." On, and on, and on! I've had more people ask me for Lifestyles' telephone number for their own gathering/parties. I do hope you get many referrals.
Of course, the breakdown was wonderful. Steve and staff had everything boxed up and ready to go for us. The place was left very clean and neat.
I just can't express enough how wonderful our experience was using Lifestyles Catering. For our next big event, we will definitely call you!

The only problem with your catering...is that we eat tooooooo much when you provide the catering.
Everything was super, as usual...and we had lots of people (mostly men, if you would believe it) that asked who did the catering. Kelly and I both enjoyed far too much food from both breakfast and lunch...now we're stuffed and it's all your fault. Someone beat us to the tuxedo strawberries, and my attempts to arm wrestle them away were unsuccessful.
