For over five years I have been able to maintain consistent pricing for my catering services.  Due to the recent volatility and increases in the food and fuel prices, I have reluctantly decided that I need to increase the prices for my catering services to cover the increased cost.  Therefore, starting immediately, I will be adding a service charge to all catering orders. The service charge will be based on the cost of goods and is subject to change when needed to reflect the ongoing changes in cost.  HOWEVER, once and order is taken and confirmed, the service charge will NOT be changed on that order.
