All Bar B-Q Buffets & Picnics are served on high quality disposable
plates, cups, plastic ware with lots of napkins & "wet wipes".
Grills when needed, will be rented for $100.00 per grill. (One grill will be
needed for every 100 picnic guests.)
Our staff of Bar B-Q experts will set the buffet table & serve. After
the guests have had their fill they will break down the buffets & clean
the service area. Required staffing for your event will be scheduled at a
rate of $20 per staff person, with a minimum shift of 5 hours port to port.
All food is for consumption at the time of the function. Doggie bags will
NOT be allowed.
Final pricing will be determined on the Guaranteed Guest Count. State
& local taxes will be added to all order.
The Gratuity is always left up to the generosity of the event planner.
