Guidelines for determining the amount of liquor needed.

bulletUnless you know that your guests are inclined to be wine drinkers or beer drinkers,  you will usually evenly divided the guests between beer, wine and spirits drinkers.
bulletOne Quarter Keg, (the standard keg size)  will produce about  85 servings.
bulletA Pony Keg is half the size of the Quarter Keg.
bulletTwo drinks per guest per hour is average
bulletOne bottle of dinner wine for every four guests.
bulletOne bottle of wine, (750 ml) contains 5 glasses.
bulletOne bottle of champagne, (750 ml)  contains 6 flute servings.
bulletOne bottle of liquor, (1 liter) contains 22 servings.
