Inclusive Pricing includes the following Goods and Services:

Staffing of necessary Servers, Buffet Attendants,
Bartender and Captain for a 6 hour event.
Additional hours may be purchased. |

Bar Package which includes ice, mixers (soda and
tonic), fruit juice (orange and cranberry), bar fruit (limes, lemons, olives
and cherries), sodas, bar equipment and supplies. |

Lifestyles Catering House China, Glassware and
Flatware.
Upgraded China, Glassware and Flatware are available. |
|
Lap Length Table Linens, Linen Napkins and Buffet linen
in White or Ivory.
Upgraded Linens are available. |
|
All charges are subject to applicable state and local
sales taxes. |

A Booking Contract, and a non-refundable booking fee of
$1,000 is required to book the services of Lifestyles Catering and reserve
the date of your event. This booking fee is applied to your final billing. |

Events held in certain Event Centers may require
additional fees and labor. |
|
Any additional items added to inclusive pricing is
subject to a 20% service charge. |
