Please browse through our listing of buffet menus. Our menus range from South of the Border and Italian Specialties to Casual Buffets, Mile Hi Barbeque, complete buffet menus in Beef, Pork, Chicken and Seafood.

Mile Hi Lunch Box buffets include the buffet serving equipment, a buffet cloth, (tables will be provided by the client,) high quality disposable, paper plates and napkins and plastic forks and knives.

Buffets all come with the Chef’s rotating selection of Sweets to finish the meal.

South of the Border Specialties

All South of the Border Specialties are served with a Fresh Fruit Salad and come with the Chef’s rotating selection of Sweets to finish the meal.

Note: Enchiladas are prepared and sold by the half and full pans.
